• User Images: We process user-uploaded images only to create overlays. These images are not permanently stored on our servers. They are processed in memory or temporarily on disk to generate the requested overlay.
• Strava Data: When you connect tracksnap to Strava, we access your activity data solely to create overlays with activity metrics. We do not store or share this data beyond the immediate needs of generating the overlay.
• Authentication Tokens: We securely store authentication tokens in your session to communicate with Strava. Tokens are refreshed as needed but are not shared with third parties.
• Session Data: We use session data on our servers to keep you logged in during your visit. This data is stored temporarily and not retained indefinitely.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or images with third parties. We use third-party hosting (Hetzner) and Strava’s API. Each has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their respective policies. However, we do not grant them direct access to your personal images or processed overlays.

4. Data Retention

We do not permanently store user images. Once the overlay is created and delivered, the original images and resulting overlays are removed from temporary storage. Strava tokens may remain in your session until you log out or the session expires.
